　　Responsibilities

　　Lead cross functional projects across multiple systems or functions

　　Ensure project priorities align with strategies and objectives

　　Develop and execute on complex project plans and key milestones

　　Understand and handle project interdependencies

　　Leverage the project team talent by assigning people to tasks accordingly

　　Proactively identify and mitigate risks Requirements - Minimum of 5+ years of relevant Project Management experience

　　Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

　　Ability to meet deadlines

　　Applicants with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools are preferredCreative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

　　Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

　　Deep understanding of Microsoft Excel

　　Workfront experience required

　　Solid understanding of Microsoft Project

　　Foundational knowledge in Acquisition Integration

　　Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleaguesCan work independently with minimal supervision

　　You'll be a good fit for this position if you have a Project Management (PMP) certification

　　If you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies, you can succeed in this position

　　Background in project management, operations, and supervisory leadership

　　This position will be the best fit for a candidate with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs
