JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job description GUARDIAN is seeking qualified,professional, and energetic career-oriented problem solvers to join ourExterior Home Remodeling division. Position involves supervising andcoordinating construction installation activities of the productiondepartment. Essential Duties and/or : Enforce safety and installationstandards. Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged inthe construction of remodeling projects for Roofing, Siding, Windows,Carpentry. Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules,and other records and reports to determine production requirements.Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activitieswithin or between departments. Assist in planning work schedules,assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals. Assistin ordering and scheduling material deliveries for remodeling projects.Demonstrate work and safety procedures to new employees. Interpretspecifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies andprocedures for workers. Be the front-line of the production department,meet with customers, close-out projects, collect final payments. Performwarranty repairs, minor repairs, punch list items. Inspect work inprocess and completed work. Walk customers through change orders andfinal walk thru. Recommend or implement measures to motivate employeesand to improve production methods, equipment performance, productquality, or efficiencies. Qualifications: Experience and Education: Musthave 5 years prior construction experience in exterior (Roofing, Siding,Window) trades Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent verbal andCommunication skills Computer and technology proficiency Able to pass adrug screening and background check Valid drivers license and reliabletransportation Attributes Needed To Be Successful: Excellentcommunication skills Energetic and Positive attitude Coachable Resultsoriented Able to relate to different personality styles Responsible andaccountable for results Fast Learner Good Judgment Enjoy Problem SolvingTime Management skills Basic math skills Compensation: Base Pay Startingat \$ 25 - \$35 hr.
