Join us as a Principal Project Manager! The Principal Project Manager,Engineering and Construction works to perform principal projectmanagement duties on project design and construction projects as a fullycompetent and experienced project manager. Duties include leading workon a range of architectural, civil, urban design and constructionrelated tasks that require independent evaluation, adaptation andmodification of standard design techniques, procedures, criteria, aswell as assisting in the resolution of complex engineering,architectural, planning, and policy issues. This role may includeresponsibility for policy and criteria development, design, designmanagement, permitting, contract procurement, inspection, mentorship,budget, cost controls, or rehabilitation of transit infrastructure,buildings, and related amenities. The Principal Project Manager positionhas a high level of independence, judgement, and autonomy. Assignmentsmay require independent evaluation, analysis, selection, adaptation, andmodification of standard engineering techniques, procedures, andcriteria to successfully design and deliver assigned projects. Thisposition works independently with limited supervision from a groupmanager and requires the ability to exercise sound independent judgementwithin established guidelines. All work is done under the supervision ofa licensed professional in the State of Oregon. Minimum 6 yearsexperience required. This position requires a minimum of two (2) daysin-person per week. This is a Limited-Term position ending June 30,2028.
