What you'll do
The Project Manager (Customer Delivery Executive) has primaryresponsibility for managing and monitoring the implementation of assignedForte Payments programs and projectsEnsure successful completion of each initiative through detailed planning andorganizationDemonstrate a large span of influence, working across organization lines,while collaborating with varying levels of team members and leadershipincluding Director, VP and C levelPossess insight into the organization's vision and influence, translate,and manage activities that contribute to the accomplishment of this visionManage project/delivery P&L and delivery operational performance whilesharing responsibility for overall customer experience for designated accountsImplement new product, compliance or operational solutions/requirementsfor existing CSG Forte Payments partners and merchantsEnable revenue opportunities through increased customer retention and CSGForte Payments cost savings through waste reduction/eliminationPartner with internal stakeholders to align project plans and incrementaldelivery schedules with goals and objectsProvide metrics and reporting to ensure projects are on trackIdentify and mitigate risks and issuesLead matrix teams that span across multiple internal organizations likeProduct, Accounting, Sales, Account Management, and externalcustomer/vendor organizationsWork with CSG Forte Payments internal teams to ensure consistent messaging tocustomers and help gather the voice of the customer information to continue toevolve our product and solution offerings
You should have

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, relatedfield, or equivalent experienceProficiency in English in a business environment3+ years of experience managing projects and/or service delivery in apayments or fintech environment2+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated success building andleading support and delivery teamsExperience with PowerApps, Power BI and MS Office products
