Description

　　Our client is looking for an acquisition integration specialist, to assist with best practices, and developing a play book for future acquisitions. Responsibilities will include:

　　• Purchase accounting experience

　　• Establish the opening trial balance

　　• Establish the opening balance sheet – Help pull together data

　　• Train on accounting policies and procedures

　　• Set up accruals, prepaids and bad debt – oftentimes acquisitions are small cash based companies

　　• Work with the CFO to compile an accounting acquisition checklist or playbook
