  We are looking for a professional to join our Payroll Transformation team in a global role of transforming the GSK payroll calculation process with vendors' support. The role will unify and improve the payroll functioning across GSK and will be a significant step in your career.

  Project Manager (in Payroll Transformation Project) - until end of 2025

   Key Responsibilities: Manage day to day delivery of HR Transformation project(s) in assigned country/countries with a particular focus on centralizing, streamlining, and simplifying processes, ways of working and technology in scope.Manage performance of all project resources in project team. This includes delivery from external stakeholder such as vendors and internal teams: IT, global and local colleaguesManage and report on all project risks and issues (RACI). Prepare project reporting to the SteerCoLead communication and change management in a team to all key stakeholders and to project Steering Committee in cooperation with Regional Change, Knowledge and Training SME and support from Global Programme trainersWork closely with Finance partners and other related functions on project planning & budget as needed Why You?

   Basic Qualifications: Min Bachelor's DegreeExcellent EnglishProject management experience in HR Transformation Projects (preferably including Payroll and/or Payroll Technology changes)Ability to effectively work in a highly-matrixed organization, handling competing priorities and connecting the dots acrossAbility to work autonomously and be comfortable with ambiguity Preferred Skills: Project Management Professional (PMP) or PM formal education preferred although not a mustAbility to influence cross geography teams and achieve cross divisional alignmentKnowledge and experience in applying key HR and human capital concepts in prior projects (nice to have) Why GSK?
