　　Currently ManTech is seeking a Project Manager III to join our team supporting our growing Defense Sector and Marine Corps programs.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical/financial solutions and schedules in the specific delivery orders are implemented in a timely manner. Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned delivery order projects. Demonstrates competent writing and oral communication skills. Ensures quality products and services are delivered.

　　The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

　　Experience:

　　At least 12 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

　　Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

　　Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks.

　　May provide consultation on complex projects.

　　May lead and direct the work of others.

　　Education:

　　Bachelor's degree (+12 years of experience)

　　Master’s Degree in related field preferred.

　　Certification:

　　Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAU Level II certification requirements in Program Management desired.

　　Certified Scrum Master preferred.

　　Security Clearance:

　　Active Secret Security ClearancePhysical Requirements:

　　The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office.

　　The person in this position will need to be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
