　　What you will be doing

　　Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

　　• Provides project management support to internal teams as well as expert analysis and risk and recommendation strategies to Clients

　　• Manages the development of multiple concepts and projects, running on multiple seasons, ensuring objectives, budget and timelines are met, and ensuring on-time delivery of IT solutions

　　• Prepares project plans, estimates milestones and delivery schedules and removes obstacles on multiple concurrent IT projects

　　• Communicates with clients to help coordinate their requirements with all the stakeholders

　　• Delivers solutions by researching, planning, communicating, and coordinating across the IT team and other departments

　　• Collaborates with internal teams to ensure clear communication, optimization of processes, on-time deliveries

　　• Champions delivery frameworks and methodologies; organizes resources and manages communication and interaction

　　• Acts as the key point of communication for Project leaders, Clients, and other stakeholders on projects

　　• Provides technical coaching and guidance to Project Managers I and Project Coordinators

　　• Supports in the development of supplier specifications, supports the contractual negotiations and manages the execution of the plans outlined in the contracts

　　• Works closely with business owners to ensure technologies developed support or solve the business need; works closely with technologists to ensure that business priorities, goals and objectives are clear

　　• Effectively governs the project management life-cycle though by implementing suitable project management principles such as PDLC, PMBoK, SDLC etc.

　　• Manages engagement with external consultants and other outsourced resources that perform work associated with items such as material handling equipment, warehouse and business systems, building modifications and other various services

　　• Promotes continuous improvement of processes and methodologies used in fulfilling responsibilities and contributes to refinement of program management methodology

　　• Assists with overall financial direction for the projects to manage the development of budgets, controls and measurements to monitor project progress

　　What your background should look like

　　Experience & Educational Requirements:

　　Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 3+ years of IT Project management experience.

　　Should be okay with UK Shift

　　Preferred Certifications:

　　Certified Scrum Master
