　　What you will be doing

　　Project Manager the PM is responsible for the delivery of projects on time and on budget, while realizing expected outcomes and value. Project Manager will Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor & Control, and Close project processes. Deliverables include financial management, resource management, project plan, schedule and implementation activities associated with the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) Phases. Individuals should have their PMI certificate, experience in Health Care, this role requires strategic thinking and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and senior Innomar business leaders.

　　Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

　　• Acts as a bridge between technology and operations requiring effective communication with stakeholders, vendors, and other team members

　　• Plays a critical role supporting the leadership of a project team, ensuring people have the knowledge and tools they need to meet project goals

　　• Acts as a primary communicator with clients to help coordinate business requirements and ensure a continued positive relationship

　　• Provides cost and effort estimates of projects and evolutionary requirements along with detailing out the technical scope and objectives of the project

　　• Participates and executes product testing, integration, and regression within the framework of the projects

　　• Works closely with business owners to ensure technologies developed support or solve the business need

　　• Assists in creation of user acceptance testing scripts and participates in the UAT cycle

　　• Works closely with technologists to ensure that business priorities, goals and objectives are clear

　　• Works on a variety of interesting projects, and works closely with clients as well as internal teams

　　• Delivers solutions by researching, planning, communicating, and coordinating across IT teams and other departments

　　• Prepares formal business requirements in support of customer needs

　　• Measures and audits the entire setup process to ensure we meet or exceed industry best-in-class standards

　　• Develops and maintains project management processes and tools that affect many business units

　　• Complies with current regulations on data protection and access to information

　　• Adheres to and assists in the development of standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation

　　What your background should look like

　　Experience & Educational Requirements:

　　Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 2+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in IT project management or IT delivery.

　　Shift - Flexible approach for UK/USA kind of a shift during business requirements. Otherwise IST timings.
