Description

　　Robert Half is partnering with a company that is seeking a dynamic Project Manager with expertise in healthcare compliance to drive start-ups within the healthcare industry. Whether you're an attorney or paralegal, or possess relevant non-legal experience, your role will involve advising clients on government licensures, regulations, and certifications, particularly in Medicaid and Medicare accreditation. Your responsibilities include guiding newly formed healthcare entities through the accreditation process, drafting business formation documents, and providing detailed reports after conducting investigations. The ideal candidate will have experience in homecare and healthcare licensing for new providers, showcasing attention to detail, independence, and excellent communication skills.

　　This position offers a hybrid remote work arrangement with 3-4 days in the North Miami office. Reporting to the project manager in the New York office and the CEO/licensed attorney, you'll have the opportunity to shadow and learn from them. The compensation includes a base salary up to $100,000 plus bonuses and benefits. 　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree, J.D., and/or paralegal certificate

　　5+ years of relevant healthcare experience as a paralegal, attorney or healthcare experience

　　Strong communication and social skills
