Job Summary

The Global Supply Chain (GSC) Project Manager will be responsible for the project management of new supplier and new supply chain capability developments. The role will coordinate with Supply Chain, Global Quality and Operation teams for project implementation.

　　In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

　　Project Management

　　Ensure good project management standards and practices are implemented.

　　Support the fulfillment of project scope, cost, expectations and timeline.

　　Responsible for project status, reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

　　Work closely with stakeholders to ensure on time completion of tasks.

　　Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

　　Perform Risk Management to minimize project risks.

　　Balance company and stakeholder needs / constraints.

　　Other Tasks

　　Complies to Emerson’s Code of Conduct and GSC’s guidelines.

　　Adheres to Emerson’s values and Supply Chain policies.

　　Complete any other tasks assigned by line manager.

　　Who You Are:

　　You take action quickly and critically in constantly fast paced and unexpected situations. You focus efforts on continuous improvement and interested in identifying and seizing opportunities for alignment and integration. Takes a proactive approach in building and influencing expectations and effectively aligns the multiple and diverse interests of collaborators.

　　For This Role, You Will Need:

　　Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field, with minimum 7 years relevant purchasing / supply chain / project management experience.

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the necessary skills to effectively use technology and systems specific to the department required.

　　Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

　　Certified PRINCE2 or PMP an added advantage.

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and adapts quickly.

　　Good understanding of supply chain.
