Job Description: Study Manager

Location: Mumbai, India (Office-based)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Study Manager with 4-5 years of experience in clinical projects and microbiology surveillance studies. The candidate will manage and coordinate multi-country projects, ensuring quality, compliance and timely delivery of study objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution and monitoring of microbiology surveillance and non-interventional studies across assigned regions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements.

Manage relationships with clinical sites, investigators and other key stakeholders in study.

Ensure timely data collection, reporting and analysis in compliance with quality standards in GSK systems.

Handle budgets, timelines and risk management for assigned projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences; preference for candidates with a background in Microbiology (graduate or postgraduate).

4-5 years of experience in managing clinical or microbiology surveillance studies.

Prior experience working in the Middle East, South South-East Asia and Ukraine is highly desirable.

Strong project management, organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with international clinical research guidelines (ICH GCP) and microbiology protocols.

Proficiency in managing regional studies and cross-border collaborations.

Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, diverse and multicultural environments.
