Project/Task Sr Manager

Our work depends on Project/Task Sr Manager joining our team assist with metrics collection and analysis, documentation review, creating new business workflows, and modeling and improving existing business processes. As a member of the PMO the project manager will also help review and track the work of other team members, collect business/technical requirements, and serve as the primary interface to other groups, team members, and other elements within the office as well as other components on appropriate matters.
HOW A PROJECT/TASK SR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned projects. Supervises at least 25 employees
Experience analyzing data and creating visualizations for organization leadership
Ability to successfully work independently and in a team environment and foster teamwork
Polished communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of and ability to successfully collaborate with other client counterparts
Ability to respond to short deadlines with timely and accurate information
Ability to analyze, prioritize effectively, problem solve and to work several tasks concurrently
Demonstrated research and analytical ability
Strong writing, editing and verbal skills
Thorough knowledge of records system, along with the ability to search for additional information
The ability to coach, counsel, and advise based on previous project management experience
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor’s Degree or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
● Required Experience: 8-10 years of related and hands on experience. Additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
● Required Technical Skills:
Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing capabilities.
Result-oriented by troubleshooting complex problems.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams as well as client counterparts.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Review, track, and respond to ongoing work requests.
● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Poly
