JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lead the project planning of new programs, including working with cross functional teams to define the work breakdown structure and gaining alignment on project deliverables.Manage programs that drive $5M+ efficiency savings across multiple product lines delivering programs on time and on budget.Manage U.S. Domestic and international projects.Track project status and submit updates to management that identify budget, resource and schedule objectives.Demonstrate deep understanding and management capabilities related to all processes and tools of the Lasko Product Development Process, being a reference inside the organization for the product development system.Collect project requirements from all stakeholders, managing trade-offs to meet project goals.Ensure stakeholder expectations are understood and managed accordingly.Act as primary point-of-contact to handle project issues as well as manage changes to project scope.Manage risks by developing plans to avoid, mitigate, transfer, accept or explore them along with project team.Manage and track the project perspective of all knowledge areas: Project Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Resources, Communications, Risk, Procurement, and Stakeholder Management.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
U.S. bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Technology Management, or closely related field.5 years of experience leading New Product Development Mechanical Engineering based projects.Experience using critical path analysis to drive decisions, prioritizing programs based on strategic and/or resource requirements.Experience using SmartSheets or similar project management software to manage programs and develop dashboards for executive level analysis.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.Please forward your curriculum vitae to [email protected] and reference PME23001
