　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Plan, manage and roll out assigned demand generation projects of all size – from smaller optimization projects to key strategic initiatives

　　Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

　　Coordinate across teams and stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects

　　Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

　　Report and escalate to management as needed

　　Manage the relationship and communication with all stakeholders

　　Perform risk analysis and management tominimizeproject risks

　　Complete root cause analysis

　　Identification of new functionality & leverage projects for demand generation processes & platforms

　　Analyze and report in regard to the effectiveness of the implemented projects

　　Our Requirements

　　4+ years of experience working as a project manager in digital marketing, demand generation or web. Proven success at managing multiple projects at the same time.

　　Strong communication skills, fluent written & spoken English required, ability to work in a global environment. Very good English language skills (written and oral) are required

　　Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

　　Ability to prioritize and problem solve

　　The ability to transfer concepts into detailed requirements for our developers

　　Passion & experience in digital marketing, demand generation & websites.

　　Able to efficiently manage stakeholders with competing priorities

　　Experience in managing technical projects

　　PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus

　　Experience in agile project management is a plus

　　Dynamic, innovative and self-motivated team player with a strong can-do attitude
