　　At Winning Consulting , we are currently looking for a Project Manager to join in our team in a project in one of our clients in the banking Industry.

　　As a Project you have to have:

　　Experience of successful Lean / Operational Excellence project delivery

　　Experience of working within financial services

　　Business Analyst preferably as part of business change

　　Experience in documenting and presenting process flows / diagrams

　　Understanding and experience of the full project lifecycle

　　Ability to find innovative ways of solving or pre-empting problems

　　English - B2/C1 - Portuguese Native

　　Skills

　　2 to 3 years of experience in a mixed profile: BA/PM

　　Experience in IT / banking experience (valued)

　　Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools: PowerPoint and Excel

　　Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)

　　English - B2/C1 - Portuguese Native
