Description:

　　SCOPE:

　　The Project Manager is responsible for the leadership and successful execution of a project from inception (job launch) to completion (final customer acceptance) within a defined budget and scope. The Senior Project Manager motivates and leads their team(s) to jointly reach all project goals, while increasing the companies profitability and securing repeat business with customers.

　　Candidate will be receiving specs from the customer and they will be responsible for assigning tasks and utilizing their technical expertise in the automation manufacturing setting to help with completion of the project. This role will require a lot of communication internally and externally.

　　Workload will consist of managing $10-$15 Million in projects

　　HOURS:

　　40-45 hours per week, hours will vary based on the scope of the project they are working on

　　TRAVEL:

　　20% travel will be mostly local as they may go to the customer to see the plant for a kickoff meeting or to go out when the equipment is installed.

　　8+ Years of Project Management experience.-Automation Manufacturing experience (Candidate must have experience working in an automation environment)

　　-Microsoft Office (Candidate must be proficient in utilizing all tools in Microsoft office including Microsoft Project)

　　-Communication (Candidate will be the main point of contact for customers, they must be able to communicate with internal and external partners)
