Description:

　　• Support Driver Assist Technologies Meetings:

　　o Coordinate & create weekly meetings, compile minutes, & facilitate meetings.

　　o Coordinating and facilitating non-regular meetings as needed.

　　o Working in the capacity of Scrum Master for assigned development teams.

　　o Conduct meetings requiring coordination and tracking for issue resolution.

　　• Organize and Manage SharePoint & Confluence Wiki:

　　o Manage the Driver Assist Technologies SharePoint & Confluence Wiki, publish/create content, & manage permissions.

　　o Support documentation and reporting of progress on critical issues.

　　• Cost Management:

　　o Collect materials information necessary to make Development teams productive. Obtain supplier quotes for required materials.

　　o Track materials to ensure productive and efficient use. Track to ensure no loss of materials.

　　• Resource Management:

　　o Facilitate Development assignments to ensure that engineers are unblocked and productive.

　　• Program Management:

　　o Create templates to support program management including charters, agendas, minutes, decision matrices, etc.

　　o Manage schedules, including timing and risk management.

　　o Contribute content to program status meetings and planning sessions.

　　o Manage JIRA to develop filters, reports, dashboards, scrum boards, backlogs as needed.

　　• General Driver Assist Technologies Support:

　　o Manage onboarding tasks for new employees.

　　o Interface with IT in support of the needs of the organization. Request and manage computing resources as necessary.

　　o Support Driver Assist Technologies miscellaneous tasks as needed.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Must

　　• 3+ years Project Management

　　• Software background

　　• MS Project experience

　　• Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc),

　　Plus:

　　• Model based simulation

　　• AutoSAR

　　• Experience in Automotive domain is helpful

　　• Experience looking at SW failure log
