Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager in the hospitality industry based in New York, New York. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities across various functions, developing project plans, timelines and budgets, as well as identifying and mitigating project roadblocks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to comprehend their marketing strategy, objectives and requirements

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets in coordination with key stakeholders

• Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, milestones and deliverables

• Manage and monitor all project progress through the use of project management tools such as Atlassian Jira and CRM

• Coordinate project activities for Creative Services and select Marketing Campaigns

• Identify project roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies as necessary

• Support tracking results within SalesForce and through campaign and project recap reports

• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement

• Stay informed about travel and luxury industry trends and best practices

• Utilize various software tools such as Jira, SalesForce, and About Time to ensure efficient project management. Requirements • Proven experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a Project Manager role

• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management tasks

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Database management skills

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems

• Experience with IBM tools and systems

• Proficiency in About Time software, with an emphasis on time tracking and management

• Understanding of budgeting processes in the construction industry

• Exceptional customer service skills
