　　What will you do?

　　Lead large sized projects from order intake till site delivery and coordinate installation and commissioning activities of service personnel as required per the contract

　　Technical order processing for Gas Insulated switchgear.

　　Ability to effectively manage both customer’s contractual requirements and factory/internal partner’s deliverables in a timely and cost effect manner.

　　Responsible for co-ordination with factories and engineering to develop engineering design and documentation.

　　Participate on project kick off meetings. Provide timely project schedule updates and progress reports to the customer.

　　Responsible for all customer documentation including engineering drawings, inspection and test plans and other submittals as required.

　　Knowledge of project quality requirements and be able to manage contract quality requirements and documentation.

　　Manage placement of sub supplier orders, negotiate price and delivery, Terms and conditions.

　　Expedite and follow-up with sub-suppliers.

　　Monitor progress of sub suppliers and their deliverables

　　Coordinate and participate in factory acceptance testing.

　　Coordinate shipment with support from logistics and plants

　　What will you need to succeed?

　　Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering. PEng desirable

　　Fluency in English is a must. Be able to communicate in French will be an asset

　　PMP Certification required.

　　10+ years of relevant experience in project management.

　　Experienced in managing projects through complete lifecycle. Manage project cost and budget.

　　Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and complete tasks both efficiently and independently with a high degree of accuracy in a time sensitive environment.

　　Experience in executing project involving Medium Voltage switchgears, low voltage Motor control centers and packaged substations.

　　Strong presentation skills and must have experience in presenting project status as required.

　　Strong skills in Microsoft Applications including MS Project and Acrobat PDF

　　Flexibility and willingness for domestic & international travel – 25-30%
