　　This position for Project Manager takes full responsibility for a variety of electrical needs, from marketing through project close out and customer follow up. Qualified candidates will have a successful track record demonstrating a complete understanding of project management responsibilities, including profit, supervision, customer relations and fiscal and contract management. 

　　 Responsibilities include:

　　Project planning, execution, job cost tracking, and job closureProvide monthly project status detail and percent of completion reportsDetailed take-off and estimating for electrical service, tenant improvement, light commercial and light industrial workMarketing & building profitable jobsDecision making responsibility concerning project cost, time and performanceCross-selling of other company operations through fully integrated solutionsInterfacing with contractors, vendors and in-house operationsCoordinate and direct work forceSupporting an injury free work environment and safety culture

　　 Experience and skills required:

　　Minimum 10 years' experience in bidding and managing multiple electrical construction of commercial buildings and high rise projects
