General Responsibilities:
In this challenging role, you will lead and oversee the comprehensive management of facilities, materials, environmental, or geotechnical engineering projects, ensuring their safe and successful completion within established timelines and budgetary constraints. You will take charge of executing projects according to their contracted scope, closely monitoring progress and performance against the project plan. Skillfully troubleshoot operational challenges, providing recommendations or resolutions to minimize delays.
You will manage resources, schedules, and budgets, collaborate with external partners, lead effective meetings, and communicate project status. You will also prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and coordinate staff for project success. and take responsibility for client communication and deliver work products that exceed client satisfaction.
Finally, you will play a pivotal role in approving invoices, preparing change orders, and overseeing collections.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of a small to medium sized project.
• Define project scope, schedule and budget and prepare proposals.
• Design, communicate, and implement a project plans.
• Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project.
• Set priorities, assign tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet project targets and milestones.
• Prepare designs, reports and work specifications; developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts;
• Develop understanding of project-related risk.
• Leads safety efforts including preparation and compliance with approved safety plan.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline practices by the Firm including Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology
Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG) or similar professional registration/certification relevant to the type of services and projects being managed
Minimum of 5 years’ related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 9 years’ related experience.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
Preferred Certification:
Project Management Professional (PMP)#LI-JB1
