Description This Senior Project Manager position will join an existing team to work onsite with a local client. This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area. You could manage key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan, as their Senior Project Manager. This job's primary priority, as a key member of the team, is to ensure that changes are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders. You will succeed in this role if you can be responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. Your responsibilities in this role
Rallies details from QA leads, business analysts, and technical leads into testimonials
Contributes as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, ensuring the team is working effectively, and leading scrum ceremonies
Work in close cooperation and communicates with technical team members, designers, stakeholders, and developers
Help cross-product teams to manage dependencies
Directs project planning
Indexes and executes the sprint planning and grooming meetings and traces ticket assignments
Supervises deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, tech lead, and Product Owner
Assist the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
Delivers detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, risk assessment, and project status
Advances to manage, identify, and classify risk for functional improvement requests
Verifies the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
In collaboration with the Product Owner/Product Manager, you will facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap
Jointly acts with Product Owner/Product Manager to warrant that the product vision and high-level business objectives are definite and viable
Watches and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
Assure that the functional requirements are met, achievable, and tracked
Coordinates the daily stand-ups, ensuring they are focused, timely, and brief
Work in close cooperation with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Product Specialist
Plans schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product
Comes together with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects
Sets forth project with accurate ticket workflows and boards Requirements - Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability, strong operation and project management skills
Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required

Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
Applicants should have experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs

Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant Project Management experience
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Formal Project Management experience
Foundational knowledge in Formal Project Management
Cross functional project management experience
Cross functional project management experience
Proven knowledge of hardware & software installation
Experience with IT project management
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
