Ensure the success and acceptance criteria of the project are met, enhancing customer satisfaction.The Opportunity:Identify key stakeholders ensuring the establishment and maintaining positive business relationships among stakeholders (internal or external)Maintain regular communication with customer; addressing needs through empathy with their environmentDefine activities, responsibilities, critical milestones, resources, skills needs, interfaces, and budget. Optimize costs and time utilization, minimize waste, and deliver projects on time, and on budget as per the contract and agreed scope, with a high-quality result.Anticipate all possible risks and manage them by applying a suitable risk management strategy; while developing contingency plans.Implement the governance model defined for similar projectsTrack and report project KPIs and analyze project healthEffective implementation of software delivery methodologies to improve project KPIsProvide individual and team mentoring; ensuring high levels of team engagement, and developing capabilities within the teamAdopt and build software engineering best practices that can be leveraged by other teamsThis position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.What you need:Telecommunications professional with solid experience in Site Development Project/Program Management, technology deployment, and vendor management.Familiarity with equipment, methodology, processes, and terminology specific to the wireless industry.This includes but is not limited to FCC requirements, spectrum requirements; licensed microwave and fiber backhaul; LTE (4G, 5G); site acquisition requirements; tower site build requirements, deployment (installation, testing, optimization, on-air dependencies), vendor SOWs/deliverables; network and RF Engineering SOWs/deliverables.Excellent in tabular and multidimensional data modeling, data transformations, visualizations, and architectureExpert in developing KPI visualizations and working knowledge of standard concepts, best practices, and procedures related to business functions/units.Able to quickly grasp new concepts and understand the business, business needs, and reporting architectureCapable of independently working efficiently and fast-paced with limited technical guidanceDemonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively connect with all employee levels and levels of management including the ability to provide brief, easy-to-understand recommendations to non-technical staff and varied audiences.Data Analysis and presentation of key findings to executive leadership.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.In-depth
