We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement US AFRICOM’s mission objectives.

　　What You’ll Get to Do:

　　CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Project Manager . This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, USAFRICOM located OCONUS in Stuttgart, Germany. This position is required to travel OCONUS.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Project Planning and Execution:

　　Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

　　Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

　　Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.

　　Stakeholder Management:

　　Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including business units, vendors, and senior management.

　　Communicate project status, milestones, and key deliverables to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

　　Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

　　Team Leadership and Collaboration:

　　Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

　　Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

　　Motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals and objectives.

　　Budget and Resource Management:

　　Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

　　Work closely with resource management teams to allocate resources based on project requirements.

　　Monitor and control project financials to prevent budget overruns.

　　Risk Management and Issue Resolution:

　　Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation and contingency plans.

　　Proactively address project issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.

　　Implement best practices for risk management and issue resolution within the project team.

　　Quality Assurance:

　　Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.

　　Conduct regular project reviews and quality assessments.

　　Implement and enforce project management best practices.

　　Qualifications:

　　BA/BS + 7 years recent specialized or AA/AS + 9 years recent specialized or a major cert + 11 years recent specialized or 13 years of recent specialized experience

　　Active Secret clearance (no waiver) and ability to obtain and maintainin a TS/SCI

　　Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a successful track record of managing complex projects.

　　Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.

　　Strong leadership and team management skills.

　　Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

　　Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

　　Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
