Same Day Water Heaters, LLC is looking for a Permit Technician to join our dynamic permitting team to support our growing department. We’re looking for a detail-oriented candidate that can excel in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines and be an effective team player as well as an effective written and verbal communicator. Proficiency in MS office applications is a must.

　　As a Permit Technician, you are responsible for:

　　Accurately reporting to the Permit Team Supervisor, as well as interacting with other managers

　　Basic data entry responsibilities

　　Ensuring tasks being completed accurately and in a timely manner

　　Answering phones and resolving customer conflicts when needed

　　Maintaining positive associate morale

　　Performing general clerical duties (e.g., copying, filing, etc.) 

　　Requirements

　　Stable employment history

　　The ability to work well in a team environment

　　Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word

　　Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude always

　　Attendance and punctuality are extremely important to support the team and our customers

　　A quick study, able to ask questions and to learn from the team of office associates
