Responsibilities
Due to the continued growth of our internal portfolio of transformation projects and programs, the internal firm-facing Transformation HUB team is currently recruiting for a versatile professional to join as a Hybrid Project Manager / Solution Delivery Lead. As a core member of the Transformation HUB team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our internal transformation initiatives, focusing on delivering solutions that drive business growth, client service excellence, talent development, and cultural evolution.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:Manage medium to large-scale internal firm-facing business transformation projects and/or workstreams, encompassing both technical and non-technical aspects.Define, scope, and drive the overall project plan across all core phases and sub-phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Solution Delivery Leadership: Drive end-to-end solution delivery, from ideation and business case development to integration, organizational change management, and post-close benefits realization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement innovative solutions aligned with project and organizational objectives.Financial Management: Develop, monitor, and manage the full project budget throughout all project phases, providing monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries.Resource Management: Ensure appropriate resources are assigned to the project, leading through influence and collaboration. Manage assigned resources in accordance with the defined project scope.Risk Management: Identify and manage/co-manage key project-related issues and risks, developing mitigation and resolution plans.Stakeholder Engagement:Serve as the primary liaison between the project team, project leadership, EPM/Innovation/Product Solutions functions, key stakeholders, and select members of the executive leadership team.Vendor Management: Manage third-party vendor relationships to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.Portfolio Management Collaboration:Partner with the portfolio management team to ensure timely and accurate project reporting and dashboarding.Continuous Improvement: Share best practices and actively contribute to enhancing end-to-end portfolio management and project lifecycle processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred.Minimum of four (4) years of related project experience requiredHands-on experience with full lifecycle application development experience preferred.Flexibility to travel 10% and work outside of normal business hours due to project commitments is required.
Additional Information
For California, Colorado, New York and Washington: The compensation range for this role is $100,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
