QCR Holdings is hiring a Project Manager to join our InformationServices Project Management team! These positions can be located in anyof our current markets (Quad Cities, Cedar Rapids, Waterloo, Des Moines,and Springfield). This position will be responsible for employingproject management methodologies in one or more of the following areas:business change, IT infrastructure, and systems integration. The PM mayhave specific functional area expertise in areas including: financialservices, telecommunications, infrastructure, and product development.The PM may also have specific expertise as applicable to management,organizational and business improvement. The PM manages projects thatinclude business and product launches, business-driven ITimplementations, bank mergers and acquisitions, corporate relocations,and complex technology projects. The PM interacts with senior levelswithin the organization. The PM is a reliable operator who consistentlydelivers good results, meeting or exceeding customer expectations. ThePM is responsible for managing and integrating the scope, time, cost,quality, human resources, communications, risk, procurement andstakeholders on projects to meet the business needs and ensure they arealigned to the strategic plan. As a member of the Project ManagementDepartment, this individual will participate in the refinement,training, practice and maintenance of the Project ManagementMethodology. The Project Manager position is the primary point-ofcontact for the management of high-risk, high-value projects.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor\'s degree in Information Systems,Computer Science, or Business Administration, or possess relevant jobexperience, and obtain a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a ProjectManagement position. Will also possess exceptional written and oralcommunication skills, have experience with system conversions, datamigration processes, system integration, and internet banking systems.Proficiency with: Microsoft Office; Microsoft Visio; Microsoft Projector other project management tools and Certified Associate in ProjectManagement (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) designationhighly desirable. Candidates must have demonstrated knowledge andexperience with project management methodologies in order to work withintricate, multifaceted projects. This role requires superbcommunication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the projectteams and make project presentations.
