Project Manager

　　Project Manager to oversee a couple of federal jobs in the DMV. 22M job at Quantico, 5M job at Navy Yard and 2 other smaller jobs.

　　-Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of federal construction projects

　　-Review scope of work, engage subcontractors and coordinate site visits in order for subcontractors to bid the work

　　-Estimating and bidding task order contracts and IDIQs

　　-Project Scheduling, including subcontractor management.

　　Skills and & Qualifications

　　Help with scheduling

　　Computer savvy (MS Office, Excel, etc)

　　5-10 + years of federal construction

　　Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred

　　A mature professional with excellent organizational and communication skills

　　Construction field experience and project management skills

　　U.S. citizenship required
