About 2024 Sales Representative

  Seeking energetic, entry-level reps for our dynamic sales team. You will excel in this role if:You are a recent college graduate, a military veteran, or have at least two years of real-world experience (customer service, retail) and have the right blend of skill and drive to hit the ground running in a new sales position. You have noteworthy communication skills, impressive motivation, and a desire to assist others through a restoration or construction process. You want to work with a fun-loving team in an upbeat environment (mostly outside, not stuck at a desk). You value being a part of a well-established, vision-driven, growing company in a recession-resistant industry. RESPONSIBILITIES Complete a comprehensive sales coaching program over your first six weeks - no sales experience necessary Actively pursue residential restoration roofing sales in storm-damaged neighborhoods Effectively close sales in your provided territory Collaborate with a strong sales mentor invested in your success Work with a team of highly motivated and fun-loving individuals Manage customer communication and expectations throughout the construction process COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS First-year average income potential: $60,000-$150,000 Uncapped earnings potential Top performers are eligible for promotion to sales supervisor in the second year Earn commission plus onboarding pay of $500 per week during the 6-week coaching period Flexible, seasonal schedule working mostly outside (not stuck at a desk) Participate in Premier's Earn Your Stripes Program, where you can earn a variety of rewards Ability to qualify for annual top performers trip to Costa Rica TRAVEL OPPORTUNITIES FOR ELIGIBLE AND INTERESTED TEAMMATES Join our Storm Response Team - travel to another branch office with recent storm damage and help our team there for 2-4 weeks Participate in our Snow Bird program - travel to a warmer weather branch during the winter season to keep selling when it's too cold in your home branch COMPANY DESCRIPTION Premier is one of the largest storm restoration roofing companies in the United States, with locally staffed, permanent branch locations in 12 states across the country.
