Description:

　　FIELD SERVICE RELATED DUTIES: • Responsible RetubeCo representative for the assigned projects; • Coordinate with Operations Manager all personnel needed to perform project activities; • Manage project activities; project plan, schedule and cost;project mobilization and set-up; • Responsible for coordinating all job-site equipment and subcontractor needs; • Insure all job-site personnel are properly trained • Responsible for project safety and quality, and compliance • Maintain daily project log; • Responsible for daily communication with client and home office • Responsible for job close-out activities; • Document and publish final job report and assist with final billing HOME OFFICE RELATED DUTIES: • Manage other field jobs from the home office and in-shop projects as required by Operations Manager. • Take on management role in RetubeCo shop to assist the Operations Manager as needed. Manage non-turnkey projects, tool refurbishment, shipments, and other Operation activities. • Assist Bid Manager or Business Development Manager with inquiries and requests-for-proposals; including but not limited to walk-downs, pre-bid meetings, project planning, scheduling, budgeting, division of responsibility, quotes from vendors, and review of RFPs. • Assist with development and / or review of project procedures, work instructions and job safety analysis.

　　Associates or Technical degree in related field or a minimum of five years’ experience in project management. Mastery of Computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel, and MS Project.
