Hiring a QC Manager/Project manager for a major federal general contractor. This is a renovation project for a major fort, near DC, for 15 homes. This is about a $5 million project.

　　JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Ability to get the USACE certification in 60-90 days

　　Able to act as a QCM for 4 months before becoming a PM

　　Federal PM experience PREFERED

　　Can be a citizen or permanent resident

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Education

　　Engineering Degree (does not need to be from the US) Experience

　　5+ years experience working directly with government agencies (USACE, NAVFAC, Smithsonian, GSA). License/Certification

　　OSHA 10 or 30 HR are preferred

　　USACE QCM Certification is highly desired.
