　　Monitor, Review / Analysis & Report on the Project management in ELV system including;

　　Project Cost planning tracking

　　UOV, Debtors, Over due’s etc..

　　Design management in coordination with internal team

　　Contracts Procurement management in coordination with Internal team

　　Statutory approval coordination management at the regional level, with compliances.

　　Coordination with Architects, consultants etc. for timely approvals

　　Plan and schedule project timelines, milestones & deliverables.

　　Coordinating with commissioning team to ensure timely completion of project.

　　Subcontractor management

　　Timely involvement in Risk management, Claims etc…
