About Project Manager

  This PM will have to have an understanding of architecture

  for how applications communicate with each other and have a general high level

  understanding of process surrounding issues that arise with the architecture of

  applications at the bank. This PM will be responsible for process governance.

  If an issue arises, is there a process built at the bank that they can follow

  to track the issue? (If there isn’t one put in place, this resource would need

  to be able to get creative to create some sort of process for the issue.

  Description:

  Enterprise Architecture Governance is seeking a strong PM

  with attention to detail to support various key governance initiatives such as

  management of steering boards, strategic forums, as well as communication, and

  management reporting.

  Responsibilities:

  Manage all aspects of Architecture Steering Boards, and other strategic Governance Forums by coordinating and ensuring engagement from various key stakeholders both within the team and outside. Ensure key materials, agendas, and minutes are prepared on time and published to all relevant stakeholders.

  Responsibility for planning, coordinating, and delivery of a defined project which requires engagement from varies key stakeholders both within the team and outside

  The candidate would be expected to build strong relationships with stakeholders to collaborate on planning and execution

  Responsible to reconcile large sets of data and provide status updates via executive summaries and reports to stakeholders and leadership.

  Provide ad-hoc support as required to other related functions within the governance team.

  Required Skills:

  Excellent oral and written communication skills

  Excellent time management and prioritization skill

  Ability to progress with limited direction and work independently with minimal supervision

  Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, running number of competing deliverables in parallel while maintaining a strong focus on details.

  Strong Meeting/Facilitation and Presentation skills

  Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Point and Visio required

  JIRA proficiency

  Has proven track record of preparing materials for all levels within the organization (practitioner through to senior Leadership)

  Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills

  Control minded / experience with installing and managing controls to mitigate risk

  Must be a creative thinker, flexible and not be afraid to challenge status quo

  Express ideas verbally and in writing to effectively communicate with and influence teammates, technology partners, business leaders and executives

  Demonstrated success working in Matrix organization
