Job Description As the Project Management Office Specialist(PMOS), you will support the North American Life-Cycle Services (NA LCS)PMO office objectives and the NA LCS Project Management community. Thisrole is designed to ensure that the NA LCS Project Management communityhas full PMO support that ensures LCS PMs have the tools and training toplan, control, and manage project deliverables that meet the strategicframework business objectives and global standards. You will help tosupport and provide guidance around NA LCS project management processesand delivery methodologies and ensure compliance and governance aroundthese processes. You will report to the NA LCS Regional PMO Manager,providing support anywhere in the United States and Canada This role canperformed as remote position in the US. Your Responsibilities:Collaborate with the business unit(s) and support departments such asproject administration, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing (ISC) etc.to ensure all partners are informed and to support project managementdelivery mechanisms and requirements. Engage in critical projects andreviews with their supporting PMs to ensure margins are maintained orimproved. Support LCS project reviews providing mitigation guidance tohelp ensure complete project success. This requires completeunderstanding of BU objectives. Support project health and portfoliorisk, where opportunity is identified, assessed, and managed amongst theteam. Frequently consult on projects led by others providing input onhigh-level delivery issues. Provide support on the PM Associates programand project management certification processes.
