What you’ll do:

　　"EIIC functional excellence organization is aligned with CTO’s strategy to drive “One Eaton Engineering Functional Excellence”. Charter of this organization is to simplify & and create better work experiences for our Engineers by transforming existing engineering work processes. EIIC functional excellence organization will work with global Engineering Functional Excellence leaders in CTO’s office, Electrical, and Industrial Sector businesses.

　　These organizations will be responsible for developing and deploying One Eaton processes across all sectors and businesses across the globe

　　This role will be primarily responsible for managing Foundational and new projects on organizational PPM systems. Candidate should have a strong understanding of Project and portfolio management practices. The candidate is also expected to have an advanced understanding of resource management, capacity and Demand planning, and financial management and strong knowledge and hands-on on the application of PPM (Preferably Clarity PPM) processes and tools. The ability to communicate effectively is essential. Having solid industry experience would be recommended. Candidate should be able to analyze and evaluate business processes, systems, and data to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for change to help organization improve their efficiency, productivity, and profitability by identifying and solving problems. "

　　Analyse and evaluate business processes, and systems and identify and write effective business requirements for PPM system improvement

　　Establish Guidelines, std work, and training for effective user deployment

　　Collaborate with business teams and IT for effective solution designing"

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s in Computer or Electrical Engineering

　　6 to 9+ years of experience of which about 2 years in the area of Project Management

　　Skills:

　　"• Clarity PPM tool expereince would be highly recommended

　　• Exposure of Product development lifecycles i.e. Waterfall, Agile and incremental etc. Certified Scrum master/PMP would be an advantage

　　• High proficiency in preparing and managing schedules using Microsoft Project software

　　• Computer Skills – MS Office, MS Project, knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system.

　　• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint"

　　"• Ability to work with global teams to drive & communicate results appropriately.

　　• Good communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written

　　• Ability to work effectively in team environment and independently

　　• Problem solving, creativity, Technical learning and Process Management.
