Description:
Bank of America Data Center upgrades Project Engineer is responsible for assisting in the management of construction projects through the bid/proposal phase, planning & buyout phase, construction phase, close-out phase and warranty period. Project Engineer will support the project team to ensure client satisfaction, project quality, cost control and schedule adherence. Project Engineer shall conform to applicable corporate policies & procedures, uphold ethical standards and exemplify corporate values. Assist Project Manager with all elements of the project management team Assist Superintendent with management of the daily jobsite operation Monitor, track and report on shop drawings and submittals Monitor, track and report on Request for Information (RFI) process Monitor, track and report on CEWA Process including: Communicate CEWA dates to affected parties Maintain CAP cards Maintain Site Access Lists Monitor and assist with site sign-in process Maintain and distribute CEWA Logs Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, task lists, work lists, etc. as directed by Project Manager and Superintendent. Coordinate with subcontractors and material vendors to support performance and delivery of services, material and equipment. Coordinate the activities of professional service providers such as material testing and surveying firms. Assist Project Manager with distribution of project drawings, specifications, change order requests, and other project documentation. Assist Project Manager with collection and assembly of final close out documents.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must have: -Degree in CM or related engineering -Experience with RFI's (internship is fine) -Prefer 2+ years of experience as a project engineer or assistant pm -Experience with procore, bluebeam or similar CM software
