Description:

　　Maintains timely and effective communications with leadership team, functional leaders, teammates, and customer while coordinating with program manager Partners with the project and functional leaders for overall execution and delivery, to address development needs, resource plans, and quality performance objectives Provides overall project leadership of cross functional engineering team Responsible for engineering program risk management plan and actions along with development strategy Responsible for overall engineer planning, forecasting, reporting, issue resolution, baseline changes, transition to production, production support, and delivery (or launch and market execution) Liaison with department leaders to discuss and give input on projected related objectives and performance of project personnel Aid in bringing in new business such as SBIRs, STTRs, and BAAs as well as identifying other areas of growth. Description of projects: Size of projects – team of 8-10 wokring with IRAD, smaller project 3 someone Product projects – development phase 6 months, Major projects 2 – 3 year cycle
