Working as a Project Engineer, you will be theauthority/support person for various engineering projects in PAPI GrowthIndustries Solutions, Process Automation Process Industries (PAPI),providing technical details, costs and deliverables for sales proposals.You will be responsible for providing hands on technical support underthe direction of an Engineering Manager and Project Manager to performstandard engineering practices, using engineering principles, on allphases of project execution. Lead the design and engineering project activities needed to developan integrated process and electrical control solution to meet customerrequirements, including interpretation of control lists, customerdrawings and schematics, P&IDs, electrical one lines and other customerspecifications. Aid in development of a complete controls packagesubmittal including electrical design, sequence of operations, andprogramming controller and HMI (Human Machine Interface) applicationsusing various ABB and 3rd party control/PLC (Programmable LogicControllers) systems, drawings, bill of material, and test procedures.Use IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) 61131 programminglanguages, configuring associated HMI terminals, designing fieldcommunications with a variety of industry standard bus protocols andapplying an understanding of Ethernet networked devices to designcontrol related networks.
