　　We are looking for someone to work as a clinician and project manager tohelp implement an innovative new program offering crisis support andconsultation for individuals and their personal networks to help avertpsychiatric hospitalization. The work will involve meeting with bothyouth and adults and their networks, working with a co-facilitator inoffering dialogic network based approaches both in community settingsand in a comfortable and welcoming space that will serve as analternative to ER settings, also working in close collaboration withpeer support staff and other CSAC based treatment teams. We are lookingfor a clinically trained practitioner who would embrace and help lead apractice model that emphasizes attentive listening and collaborativeplanning with all involved, as an alternative to other more clinicallydriven approaches that are also available, and who would welcome workingflexibly and being part of dynamic teaming. CSAC has extensiveexperience with dialogic network practices and can offer training andsupervision accordingly. Masters degree required. 37.5 hours per week,full time with comprehensive benefits.
