Description We are providing a contract to permanent employment opportunity in Santa Barbara, California for a Project Coordinator. This role is primarily focused on ensuring the smooth operation and completion of projects. The industry we operate in is fast-paced and dynamic, making this role an integral part of our team.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate effective communication among the project team, customer delivery team, and other relevant internal and external contacts.
• Oversee project administration from initiation to closure.
• Assist in coordinating the project and resources, ensuring accurate and timely completion of reports and project forecasts.
• Establish and maintain project files, documentation control and distribution, and administration of plans and review processes.
• Collaborate with the Quality Manager to ensure all quality requirements and processes are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide critical support for the delivery control of the project.
• Prepare and maintain the Executive project dashboard and other project management summaries as required by management or the customer.
• Assist in the collection of data, resource management, and timesheet maintenance.
• Identify and help mitigate conflicts between various projects within the portfolio.
• Utilize skills such as Atlassian Jira, CRM, Gap Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, and Claim Administration. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator role or similar position
• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, CRM, and Gap Analysis tools
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience with AB Testing methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum project management framework
• Understanding of Business Process Functions and their role in project coordination
• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents
• Experience in Claim Administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
