Job Title: Project Coordinator

Salary: $70,000-$90,000

Job Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ordering materials, coordinating necessary amounts, assisting in the sales and quoting process, preparing submittals and build sheets, and ensuring that production and dispatch teams meet manufacturing and delivery deadlines. You will also focus on continual improvements within the new pre-cast system "Titan" and communicate effectively with various departments.

Responsibilities

Order material and coordinate necessary amounts

Assist in sales/quoting process

Prepare submittals and build sheets

Coordinate with production department to ensure castings are manufactured correctly

Coordinate with dispatch team to ensure orders are delivered on time

Continually improve on builds within new pre-cast system "Titan"

Communicate effectively with various departments
