  Job Title:           Project Coordinator

  Reports To:       Program Manager

  FLSA Status:     Salary-Exempt

   

  SUMMARY: Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Program Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator's duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

   

   

  *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES *include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)

   

  Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and informationBreak projects into doable actions and set timeframesLiaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectivesAssist with schedule managementMake sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolveAnalyze risks and opportunitiesOversee project procurement managementMonitor project progress and handle any issues that ariseAct as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participantsWork with the Project Manager to eliminate obstaclesUse tools to monitor working hours, plans and expendituresCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reportsSpecial projects as assigned

  EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  Bachelor's degree1-3 years' experiencePMP preferred

   

  LANGUAGE SKILLS:

  Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics and customer specifications. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to commun
