Overview

　　Project Coordinator

　　Location: Lichfield or Sittingbourne (drivers license required)

　　As our associate PM you will play a key role in the organization, support day-to-day activities of Project Managers tasked with delivering our projects to the required performance time and budget envelope. You will work with an accomplished, multi-disciplinary team in addition to running and assisting with a variety of projects while establishing and maintaining relationships with local customers.

　　We're looking for someone with existing project coordination or administration experience. This role would suit someone who is looking to further their career in Project Management. This is not an entry level/ graduate role, so experience is required. Whether this is in a supporting role or a junior PM position.

　　About the role

　　Assisting overseeing overlapping projects to ensure budget and project delivery remain in line with forecasts and within scope. Use of relevant computer software such as Excel, Word, Jira, Salesforce Supports projects, including creating and updating timelines. Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure all project information is accurate and timely. Assist with source planning Project status reporting Project administration/maintenance Chairing / attending customer project update meetings and issuing engagement reports Liaising with others in the Elucid team Attending sprint meetings

　　Organised Good use of Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel) and computer literate High levels of emotional intelligence and ability to network Communication Skills Ability to work to deadlines Capable of setting and working to priorities

　　Knowledge

　　Project management/ administration/ support experience is required
