Description

　　The Project Coordinator will partner with Program Managers and play a key role in driving the execution of Physician Enterprise’s merger and acquisition projects system-wide: strategically, financially, and operationally. Coordinator duties will primarily be at the direction of the Program Managers and responsibilities will include independent management of sub-sets to primary projects, identify risks, issues, action items and decisions and provide recommendations to Program Managers, set up project infrastructure, prepare presentations, monitor tasks and timelines, schedule meetings, record and distribute meeting minutes, gather and maintain data, and interface with internal and external organizations as required.

　　KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

　　● Coordinates projects as assigned by senior management

　　● Ensures assigned projects are conducted in accordance with our standards

　　● Responsible for independent management of subsets to primary projects

　　● Assists with ensuring projects and tasks are completed on schedule

　　● Responsible for organizing and communicating project tasks, details and status updates correctly and in a timely manner

　　● Responsible for proactively identifying risks, issues, action items and decisions to existing projects, and provide recommendations to Program Managers

　　● Responsible for scheduling meetings, preparing and distributing minutes and presentations, monitoring timelines, attending meetings and acting as a liaison to various departments/key stakeholders

　　● Responsible for maintaining departmental standard documents and infrastructure using the preselected standard toolset, and assisting to develop and maintain best practice standards in communication and project management

　　● Analysis and documentation of workflows and processes as required

　　● Facilitate communication with internal and external matrix partners such as division representatives, administrative, legal, financial, clinic staff, external partners, vendors and clients

　　● Develop and generate reports

　　● Perform other responsibilities and functions as directed

　　POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

　　● Minimum of two years of experience in coordinator role. Two years of experience in healthcare preferred.

　　● High School graduate or equivalent certification. Bachelor's degree preferred.

　　● Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint), SharePoint, Visio, MS Project, and Adobe Acrobat Pro (to manipulate PDFs)

　　● Excellent customer service, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication

　　● Strong organizational skills and extremely detail oriented

　　● Knowledge of project methodologies

　　● Expert at proactively planning for and delivering on deadlines

　　● Ability to set priorities and ensure completion of tasks. Manage multiple tasks and work effectively with people in remote locations.

　　● Proven track record of effectively managing sensitive and confidential information

　　● In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, clinic operations, and medical mergers & acquisition transactions preferred
