This person needs to have high-level experience with the ability to perform all technical tasks, along with managing multiple projects and technical oversight of newer engineers, will not be expected to manage other engineers people-wise just have the ability to mentor them and make sure they are completing tasks for project they are driving to completion.

　　Programming PLC code

　　Working with tracking systems, sortation systems, and conveyor control

　　HMI programming PanelView ME/SE - concept design and planning, complex macro driven screen functions, industry graphic design

　　Networking - Ethernet/IP, plant floor networking and configuration, debugging, virtual network planning

　　VFD/Drive Systems, barcode scanning

　　Hardware Design - AutoCAD Electrical

　　Travel

　　25-30% travel. week out at a time typically, sometimes 2 weeks but very rare.
