Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Assistant in the higher education sector, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be expected to conduct comprehensive research, maintain consistency in data entry, and communicate effectively with relevant personnel to gather necessary information.

Responsibilities:

• Lead research projects and gather crucial data with a meticulous approach

• Conduct outbound calls to obtain required information from the right contacts

• Utilize Microsoft Office and SharePoint Server for data compilation and management

• Ensure consistent data entry format while updating the database

• Proactively seek and implement strategies to streamline data collection process

• Persistently follow-up on unresponsive leads and exploit creative methods to establish contact

• Contribute to the development of a user-friendly database from the current spreadsheet system

• Actively participate in refining data collection metrics, offering constructive feedback when necessary

• Demonstrate an investigative approach to research and data collection. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server

• Strong skills in computer research

• Ability to compile and interpret data efficiently

• Demonstrated experience in data entry

• Proven track record in outbound sales

• Capability to implement strategies effectively

• Solid background in research within a higher education environment
