Description We are seeking a Project Assistant to join our team in the Professional Services industry, located in Mesa, Arizona. As a Project Assistant, your role will revolve around managing various tasks for a specific project, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and management of a recruited audience screening, ensuring all elements are effectively organized and executed.

• Liaise with the team to implement the dress code policy, ensuring all staff adhere to the professional dress code requirements.

• Manage the sign-in and sign-out process for all staff involved in the screening, ensuring accurate records are maintained.

• Communicate effectively with all team members, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all study numbers and ensure they are correctly used on all invoices to prevent any delay in payment.

• Monitor and manage the call times for each day of the screening to ensure smooth operation and adherence to schedule.

• Ensure all staff are physically capable of standing for long periods of time, as the job entails a lot of standing and moving quickly.

• Handle any customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

• Proven experience in a project management or administrative role

• Proficiency in project management software tools

• Understanding of project management methodologies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience in custom development

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools

• Ability to think critically and make decisions

• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to ensuring timely project completion.
