Description

An impressive university in Minneapolis is looking for a detail oriented, organized and self-motivated candidate to start right away in this great opportunity to work as an Admissions Records Assistant! This role is within the admissions department.

Admissions Records Assistant Duties:

-Following guidelines to evaluate transfer credit

-Important part of the process that assists with approving learners into the higher education programs

-Receive and reviewing at least 100 transcripts/applications a day

-Enter information into the system

-Send out offer letters

-Place internal phone calls as needed

The candidate for this role will have strong attention to detail and be comfortable with high volume, repetitive and independent work.

Requirements

Admissions Records Assistant Requirements:

-Bachelor degree, ANY major

-6+ months of customer service or office experience (retail, restaurant, internship, summer jobs, etc.)

-Administrative or analysis experience

-Previous higher ed experience is a plus

-Strong attention to detail

-Comfortable with change and open to new ideas

-Positive attitude, team player
