We are currently seeking a motivated and flexible individual to join this non-profit team as a Project Assistant. This position offers part-time hours with flexibility and allows you to work on an as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit individuals to participate in events organized by the non-profit.
Collaborate with the project team to understand participant requirements and preferences.
Utilize various outreach methods to connect with potential participants.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and on an as-needed basis.
Enthusiastic about contributing to the mission of the non-profit.
Previous experience in recruitment or project assistance is advantageous.
Requirements - Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Past experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuiteDeep understanding of Event handling
Solid understanding of Marketing Promotions
Outreach Events experience preferred
Command of Event Coordination
Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent, though a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred
1 year of business/office experience at minimum
Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookHighly skilled at database and file management
